Teresa Heinz, New Orleans jazz musicians and environmental leaders gathered at the Warhol Museum last night to celebrate clean energy. It was the place to be. The music was great and the message was greater: we need to hound our leaders until climate change legislation is passed.

Like any good journalist, I said a quick hello to Teresa Heinz and then pushed my way through the crowd to get to the bar. I was captivated by the "green martini" they were making, an obvious nod to the importance of going green. Oooh, shiny, I thought. And it looks like green Kool-Aid. Maybe they figured people would get so drunk they would have to walk home, thereby creating less emmissions. I did my best to support their theory.
